Pickup
Select Pickup at checkout to collect your order from our Adelaide, SA studio at no charge. Orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days — we'll email you once your pieces are ready to collect.
Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide via tracked courier. Standard delivery is a flat $10 and arrives in 5–9 business days. Express delivery is $19 and arrives in 2–3 business days. Custom and made-to-order pieces may require additional production time — estimated timelines are shown at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery or pickup on unworn, unaltered pieces in their original packaging. To start a return, email hello@obsession.au with your order number. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, given their personalised nature.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
