Orders & Acceptance
By placing an order, you agree to purchase the items. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Please review all details carefully before submitting your order. We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate our policies.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed based on your selected country (default: AUD). All prices include applicable taxes and GST. You can change your currency at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment providers. Invoices are sent upon successful payment.
Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn with original tags attached. Tags cannot show signs of wear or removal. If a damaged product is received, provide an unboxing video as proof for a replacement or refund. Custom and made-to-order items are final sale. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Damage & Quality
Inspect your order upon delivery. For damaged items, submit an unboxing video within 7 days. We will process a replacement or refund after verification. Items with missing or damaged tags are ineligible for return.

Limitation of Liability
OBSESSION.AU is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of your purchase. By using our site, you accept these limitations.
